They are two ways to arrange the B1 route

e-VOA is the electronic application route available before travel. Visa on Arrival may also be arranged through the arrival process at designated checkpoints. Both refer to Indonesia’s B1 Visa on Arrival category; check the official portal for which process is available to your passport and airport.

Applying electronically before travel

The official B1 guidance describes an online application using the government e-Visa system. Applicants may need a passport valid for at least six months, a recent colour photo and return or onward ticket details. Check the current portal checklist before uploading or paying.

Applying on arrival

The arrival route may involve payment and immigration checks at the designated checkpoint. It is not available to every nationality or every travel document. Confirm eligibility before departure so you know which official route applies to you.

Stay duration and extension

The official B1 information describes an initial stay of up to 30 days, with one extension possible to a maximum total of 60 days. For e-VOA, the official guidance says extension can be handled online; the process for a non-electronic VOA may differ. Check the rules for the permit you actually receive.
